<p>Im looking to use your protocol #4.2 with Sera-Mag Speedbead Carboxyl magnetic beads, however, the fragments I wish to isolate and purify are right on the lower cutoff for size, i.e., they are around 100 Bp in length, are there any known modifications to the protocol that can be made in order to allow for purifications of these fragments?</p>
