Does anyone else have an issue where a white precipitate forms with the addition of the GITC on step 3?
I am wondering if the precipitate is the SDS or the GITC.

So I see a volume of beads to use for the protocol, but I can’t seem to find a concentration.
Does anyone know a working concentration? Or better yet, the concentration used to optimize this protocol?
